My Month in Numbers: May 2014

It's almost time to round up my numbers for June but I have recently finished my layout with my May numbers, here it is:

I used the (now sold out) June This Life Noted kit from Scraptastic as well as the (still available) May This Life Noted stamp set. The Thickers for my title card are from my stash. The red and yellow in this kit were perfect for a month full of heat records and major wild fires.
Some detail shots:

I went a little crazy with the hand stitching but what can I say, I love it! :)

☛ My Month In Numbers is an original idea by Julie Kirk that I have decided to use to document our lives through the year "a la Project Life" (minus the page protectors). You can view all the previous pages here. And you can see all the participants' entries on the Month in Numbers Pinterest board.

Thank you for stopping by!

  5. As usual, I just looove your month in numbers pages! You're soooo good at this and it totally makes me want to do this also. (Maybe I'll pick it up for next year!) I've been MIA on leaving you comments, but still have been admiring your work every time you post from afar! :)

  7. Gorgeous page Nathalie - the colours and shapes all work so well together. And yes - they do work well to tell the story of what looks like a scary month in parts. I hope that's the last you see of the fires this year.

On a more relaxed note ... the patio area looks amazing - what a great space to relax in. I 'd love to take a book and get cosy out there!

Your May page is now pinned to the Month in Numbers board with the other counter-uppers : http://pinterest.com/notesonpaper/my-month-in-numbers/

    Here's to a happy July!

    Julie :-)
