Project Life 2017: Week 35

I am back into my 2017 Project Life album today but I have skipped three weeks in August when we were traveling. I mostly skipped them because I have TONS of photos to sort through and don't know where to start! Anyone else freezes when faced with too many photos? I will figure it out later but for now, I decided to skip to back to school and the beginning of September...
This spread looks a bit different than my usual because it features self made cards (all except one) and it is monochromatic. Four of the cards were made for my 2016 #100PLcardsbyNathalie using watercolor and doodling, which I both very rarely use! I do love the way it looks though!
For the rest, I found very graphic, black and white, patterned paper and embellishments in my stash.
Some ideas/prompts for your next pocket page:
- Cut pieces of white card stock to 3x4 and get creative with paint, doodles, stamping, etc.
- In order not to have to match them with other cards, create a series so that you have enough for a whole spread.
- If your cards are on the cool side, make sure to include warm photos, or vice versa.

One last look:
Thank you for stopping by today! I hope you have enjoyed this break from all the Holiday posts out there ;)
