I am scheduling this post to go live in the middle of my night for the British start time of this hop. Hopefully, it will work!
A month ago, I mentioned this great idea by Miss Smith from Curiouser and Curiouser: she created these adorable embellishments and sent them to several of us and today we are having a blog-hop extraordinaire to showcase the different ways we have used them! You might have arrived from Julie's blog but if not, you can find the start of the hop on Miss Smith's blog here.
As I am slowly working on Shimelle's class, I thought it would make perfect sense to use one in my journal. Here it is on my September 7th entry:
I added a pink scalloped circle underneath it in order to make it a bit bigger and stand out more on my page. I love it!
And I was lucky enough to receive two so I chose to use the second one as is (easy when they are so pretty!) and made it my new bookmark!
Now go to Nat's blog to continue on this fun hop! I can not wait to wake up and visit each one of the participants! Thank you Kirsty! ;)
PS: If you are new here and like what you see I would love for you to join this site (on the right hand side)! I am planning a little surprise once I reach 100 followers!
This is such a lovely layout, I love all the layering. Becky x
