My Month in Numbers: September 2014

It is the end of the month so I am back with another "fake pocket" page summarizing my September with numbers:

I used the fabulous October This Life Noted kit from Scraptastic Club (still available HERE) and a couple of items from previous TLN kits. I focused on a yellow/orange/grey combo while pulling items from the kit as they went well with my photos this month. Here are some details:

I cut two cards on the diagonal to create one title card and love the end result with the stitches:

The loved the Crate Paper Notes and Things rub-ons included in the kit and used many of them directly on photos (love doing that!) but also on journaling card like this one:

The kit has some clear star die-cuts (from Studio Calico) and I used one as a stitching template on this card. I then filled it with sequins:

September is always a beautiful month here so it's no wonder that outings are highlighted here. The rest is pretty much routine :)

☛ My Month In Numbers is an original idea by Julie Kirk that I have decided to use to document our lives through the year "a la Project Life" (minus the page protectors). You can view all the previous pages here. And you can see all the participants' entries on the Month in Numbers Pinterest board.

  1. I ALWAYS love these spreads Nathalie! You do such an awesome job at everything you scrap, but I especially love your pocket pages (or "fake" pocket pages, in this case).
