Life's a bowl of cherries?

Supplies: Bazzill cardstock, Nikki Sivils Scrapbooker papers, white Signo Uniball pen

As an english-as-second-language speaker, it took me a while to understand what this expression meant. Really, I still think it's pretty funny... Nevertheless, I just made this card for Kristina Werner's "A Year in Cards" class over at 2peas. I loved her idea of the acetate window but instead of stamping it I glued a cut out on it. I also added a patterned paper circle on the inside for added depth.

  8. your post is very cute. i suppose that would be an odd saying for you to hear...as well as a great jumping off place for a layout: odd english phrases.
love the black in your card. it's a great setting for the red of the cherries.
