The Giant Forest: a double pager!

I don't make them often but I always like the way they look and even though they never look as good online as they do in real life, here is my latest double pager:
Je n'en fait pas souvent mais j'aime souvent le résultat, elles ne rendent jamais aussi bien sur internet qu'en réalité mais voici quand même ma toute dernière double page:

It is based on a pagemaps sketch and created using the October kit from Burlap & Buttercups. Can you believe I only used one sheet of that wood patterned paper? (I'll show you how if you're interested ;) Be back soon!

La mise en page est basée sur un sketch de pagemaps et j'ai utilisé le kit d'octobre de Burlap & Buttercups. Me croyez-vous si je vous dis que je n'ai utilisé qu'une seule feuille du papier "bois"?

  8. This is such a great two-pager, Nathalie ~ love how you used the wood grain paper to enhance your theme, and those little touches of burlap, twine and patterned paper are perfect!!

    Love the feel of it -- you made the background look like a massive tree, and the double-page spread really emphasizes the size. I'd love to know how you did that with just one sheet!
